This form is based on the ASEAN standard format. Support documents may include: (i) Bill of trucks, ((ii) Commercial invoice, (iii) Packing list, (iv) commercial contract, (v) Phytosanitary certification, and (vi) fumigation certification.
Certain agricultural products should obtain an Export Permit
Export licences may be necessary for the Export of certain type of products. They may be either automatic or non-automatic. The rules and the list of products requiring Export or Import licensing are governed by Notification No. 0076.
Agricultural products, products derived from natural resources, or manufactured products are exempted from the payment of Customs duties. However, export duty is payable on certain types of products. The tariff applicable to these products is listed under the relevant HS Commodity classification.
