GAP/GLOBALGAP

Central Laboratory (Thailand) Company Limited

The Central Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (CLT) is previously the Laboratory Center for Food and Agricultural Products Co.,Ltd.(LCFA) created on the 17th of June 2003 by virtue of the Thai Government Cabinet Resolution with a budget of 1,950 M Baht and consisted of six laboratories located in six provinces in the Kingdom of Thailand. It was then officially opened on the 17th of May 2004 envisioned to test foods and agricultural products for quality and safety and to act as a one stop and fast services of food products and commodities for exports.

Organic Food Development And Certification Center Of China (OFDC)

Organic Food Development Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, China (OFDC-MEP), founded in 1994, is the pioneer of the organic movement in China. OFDC-MEP has long been engaged in researches on policies, standards, practical technology, production base planning, publicity, training and quality control of organic farming and eco-farming, providing technical support to the government decision makers.

GlobalGAP

GLOBALG.A.P is a voluntary and private standard began in 1997 as EUREPGAP , which is an initiative by EUREP, a large supermarket chains in Western Europe . The aim of GLOBALG.A.P is to increase consumers’ confidence in food safety, environmental impact and the health, safety and welfare of workers and animals. GLOBALG.A.P standard consists of IFA Standard and General Rules, and CPCC.

GAP+

The certification system of ChinaGAP is divided into two levels: Level 1 Certification and Level 2 Certification. Level 1 Certification is in line with the requirements of GLOBALGAP and the certificate of Level 1 Certification which is issued by the certification body is acceptable by GLOBALGAP, and the certification body should be approved and appointed by CNCA.

Q GAP

GAP (Good Agriculture Practice) has been developed by food industries, producers' organizations, governments and NGOs to address the environment, economic and social sustainability on the farm and ensure the safe and quality food. GAP has been promoted by the government as guidance of the food safety on the farm, but it is not regulation. Each country developed their own GAP policy and guidance

Viet GAP
