Thai GI
The GI logo of Thailand is mark which the Department of Intellectual Property approves for the GI producer to certify that the product originates from the registered geographical source, by which the producer has to comply with the control manual and control plan.
Chinese Agri-GI
The Trademark Office under the State Administration for Industry & Commerce and Trademark Office (SAIC) is responsible to register collective and certification marks containing geographical indications.
Cambodia PGI
The GI logo of Cambodia is mark approved by the Geographical Indications office of Cambodia Ministry of Commerce. To register a product as a protected geographical indication, operators (farmers, processors, traders, etc.) must group together within an organization that will submit a registration request and manage the PGI after it has been registered. They must define the production zone and explain how it influences product quality, and describe the GI products’ production methods and the specificities that distinguish them from generic versions.
