The 2nd Greater Mekong Subregion Agriculture Ministers Meeting is an inter-governmental meeting of Heads of the Minstries of Agriculture of the 6 Greater Mekong Subregion countries. A first meeting of the AMM was held on 10 April 2007 in Beijing, People’s Republic of China.

This second meeting is being convened one decade later to endorse a new GMS Strategy and Siem Reap Action Plan (2018-2022). The strategy provides a framework for developing Inclusive, Safe and Sustainable agricultural value chains for safe and environment-friendly agriculture products (SEAP).
