This CO is applied to Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Other pre-requisites include: Registration Form, Trade Operator Registration Form or Trade qualification certificate, Organization Code Certificate, A Power of Attorney (if).
