Import licenses under the quotas for sugar products, salt, tobacco materials, poultry eggs

Quarantine applicant form for submission to the competent quarantine agencies for approval of quarantine before package arrives at the border gate

The imported products must be inspected for quarantine and hygiene standards by the competent quarantine agencies. QC is requested for Customs clearance.

Customs procedures applied to exported/imported goods on an all-inclusive declaration

Issued by Customs procedure for import declaration in electronic form (e-Declaration) and clearance on the Viet Nam Automated Cargo Clearance System (VNACCS System). Other pre-requisites include: Declaration of value (if), Bill (if), and Certificate of specialized examination (if).

Reqired document for certain types of products. This document can be either automatic (via NSW) or non-automatic (manual procedure)

The support documents for the Export Customs Declaration

Issued by Customs procedure for export declaration in electronic form (e-Declaration) and clearance on the Viet Nam Automated Cargo Clearance System (VNACCS System). Other pre-requisites include: Invoice and Specialized Inspection Certificate.
