Import Document

This is an official acknowledgement that the goods conform to certain technical standards.

Phytosanitary certificates are issued to indicate that consignments of plants, plant products or other regulated articles do meet specified phytosanitary import requirements.

This is an official acknowledgement that the goods have complied to the organic standard by the accredited organisation

This is an official acknowledgement that the goods have sucessfully passed the pest control system by the accredited organisation

This permission is for the import of certain goods under a government investment promotion scheme or for certain economic zone and for other goods to be imported under certain circumstance.

The Letter of Credit is the payment guarantee for goods provided by the clients. It is a pre-requisite document for the Customs Declaration. Other pre-requisite documents: Insurance Policy.

This form is based on the ASEAN standard format. Support documents may include: (i) Bill of trucks, ((ii) Commercial invoice, (iii) Packing list, (iv) commercial contract, (v) Phytosanitary certification, and (vi) fumigation certification.

Import licences may be necessary for the Import of certain type of products. They may be either automatic or non-automatic. The rules and the list of products requiring Export or Import licensing are governed by Notification No. 0076.
