This procedure is used to obtain an Import License or an Export License from DIMEX/MOIC or from your nearest provincial office of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce for goods for which a license is required.

Certain categories of goods are exempt from Customs duties. Below is a brief list of these exemptions. We recommend, however, that you enquire with Customs to ascertain whether you can take advantage of these concessions

The form used to submit a Customs declaration. This is based on the ASEAN standard format. The IM-8 can be applied online using ASYCUDA online system. Other pre-requisites include: Weight of Imported Goods and Contracted Price.

This form is used to request for Import License at Department of Import and Export, Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

The permission is to acknowledge that the import goods passed succesfully the inspection by customs officers at the check-point

This form is used for the goods clearance after crossing the border. The goods will be inspected by the customs officer at the border check-point.
