Ms. Sisomboun Ounavong, Director General, Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Planning and Investment of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR) and Mr. Alfredo Perdiguero, Director, Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division, Southeast Asia Department, ADB, co-chaired the GMS Senior Officials' Meeting via video conference on 10 March 2022. The meeting discussed ongoing and planned initiatives under the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Economic Cooperation Program Strategic Framework 2030 and GMS COVID-19 Response and Recovery Plan 2021–2023.
