October 2022, Issue 2

Welcome to the second issue of the ADB regional technical assistance (TA 9915) newsletter on the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Program (CCESP). We are pleased to provide you with program updates following our inaugural newsletter issue in January 2022, and share relevant news connected to fostering sustainability and climate resilience in the GMS.

The GMS Program mission is to focus on its fundamental strengths of community, connectivity, and competitiveness, while embracing the core principles of environmental sustainability and resilience, internal and external integration, and inclusivity, for building a GMS community with a bright shared future.
