Project Description
NR18 comprises NR18A and NR18B. NR18A branches off in Phiafay, starting from the junction with NR13S, and ending in Muong Samakheexay, the capital of Attapeu Province. NR18B starts from Muong Samakheexay and passes through the Lao PDR-Viet Nam border- crossing point at Phou Kuea - Beu Ee.
Progress (as of March 2021)
Proposed. Completed a technical and project costing negotiation in Feb 2019. MOF will further work on loan request.
