Project Description
The highway starts at Boten port(opposite to Mohan port,PRC),via Luang Namtha Province,Luang Namtha,Bokeo Province,Houay Xai,and stop at Houay Xai port(opposite to Chiang Khong port,Thailand),about 181 kilometers long.

Proposed. Feasibility study is being undertaken. Submitted by PRC on 16 October 2019 as supplementary project.
