Project Description
The impact of the TA was enhanced energy security with lower carbon dioxide emissions in Yunnan Province. The outcome of the TA was the improved capacity of provincial governmental agencies in developing a low-carbon economy. The successful implementation of the TA was expected to deliver three outputs: (i) an investigation report of energy consumption and carbon emissions in the energy-intensive industries in Kunming; (ii) a draft strategy and prioritized action plan to enhance energy efficiency and reduce emissions; and (iii) training and information dissemination.
