Project Description
The project will support urban planning and infrastructure in any of the recently elevated three cities: Luang Prabang, Pakse and Khaysone (Savanakhet). As part of the project, a long- term master plan which will include assessment of land use planning, urban development policies, and staging mechanisms for the provision of inclusive water supply, sanitation, solid waste management infrastructure, as well as flood risk management systems will be prepared. In addition, the project will look into planning, governance and institutional effectiveness.
