Project Description
This will provide the shortest link between Luang Prabang and Sam Neua Province, which can link Thailand from Nan Province through Luang Prabang And Sam Neua to Viet Nam province of Thanh Hoa. This will be another crucial tourism and logistic corridor among the three countries.
