Project Description
Together with detailed design studies to be carried out under the associated TA loan project, the TA will result in the identification of economically, technically, socially, and environmentally feasible expressway projects that will link northeastern Vietnam with GZAR, which will be agreed by the Government of Vietnam, VEC and ADB. Under the TA, technical feasibility analyses and assessments will be carried out, including (i) expressway alignment, (ii) cost-effective project design, (iii) evaluation of economic feasibility and financial viability, and (iv) social and environmental viability for the GMS Hanoi-Lang Son and the GMS Ha Long-Mong Cai expressway projects.
