Project Description
The project focuses on a key route to improve priority sections of highways that form part of the GMS corridors. (ii) This road should be reconstructed asphalt concrete two-lane road of 7- m width with 1.5-m paved shoulders. (ii) This project is to bring safer and more efficient movement of goods and people along the GMS EWEC and NSEC in Myanmar, between Bago and Kyaikto. The project is a new highway alignment on an extension of the EWEC, between Bago and Kyaikto.
